Liberty Mountain Hotel, Carroll Valley

We had a lovely family getaway at Carroll Valley Resort, and the location next to Ski Liberty was fantastic for skiing. The food was a highlight, especially the dinner, but the rooms could use a little modernization. Parking was also a challenge, with limited spaces available. Overall, it was a great value for our family trip.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which turned out to be a great place for a family getaway. The rooms were very nice and had been recently updated, making for a cozy stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. On the downside, the food at the hotel restaurant didn't quite meet expectations and there weren't many nearby dining options, but overall, it was a great value for the stay, especially for families.

Having just returned from our stay at this resort, I have mixed feelings. The ski camps were a hit with our kids, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus.
